A refund can be obtained within 28 days of delivery. The product should be in new condition, unridden, all parts, accessories and manuals included in the box and packaging.

If you would like to return an E-bike or E-scooter you will need to email us on info@maksz.co.uk. Please include your order number, receipt and reason for obtaining a refund.

You will need to use our courier for return, there will be a charge of £50. You will need to contact us via email info@maksz.co.uk for return label. You must include your name, order number and receipt in the box for return to take place.

Returned item will be checked and inspected before refund is processed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item using your original method of payment. No refunds will be issued without a valid receipt. Refunds can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
